CBP recommends that the examinee checks the website regularly leading up to the exam, including the night before the CBLE. CBP will NOT provide refunds for those who are unable to test due to being uninformed or are noncompliant with the COVID-19 policy at their respective testing sites. It is THE EXAMINEE’S responsibility to stay up to date.
